Work Detail: Airtech, the number one manufacturer of aftermarket motorcycle bodywork was constantly receiving numerous emails everyday, asking what the prices of their parts were. Even though they had a pricing page in a different location on the site, people still kept emailing. This took up so much time that eventually, they completely removed their email address from the website. With this new system, the prices of the parts are included right on the information pages, so that there can be no missing them! Not only are the prices on the pages, but the customers can order directly from the information pages with just one simple click!
There is also a completely redesigned on site survey for their customers to take. While it looks nice to the user, the best part of it, is that Airtech is provided with extremely useful statistics on what their customers are looking for, without having to have someone tally up the results constantly. |
